Headache
Headaches can be caused by muscle tension, underlying illness, infection or disturbances in the blood vessels of the head. They are often associated with fever, food allergy, emotional upset, liver congestion and emotional upset. Food intolerances or allergies are often associated with migraine headaches. Some of the trigger foods are chocolate, cheese, citrus or fermented foods (alcohol). Children with headaches often have a family history of migraines. A migraine may also be accompanied by vomiting, vision disturbances and can last for hours.
