Reduce Your Load of Estrogen
There are estrogen mimickers in or environment called xenoestrogens. These xenoestrogens disrupt our estrogen balance and increase our risk of breast cancer. Xenoestrogens are found in hair dyes, plastics, cosmetics, nail polish, dry cleaned clothing and bleached feminine hygiene products. It would be very beneficial for our bodies to avoid or reduce your use of these items.
