OMEGA-3, FOR YOUR CHILD AND FOR YOU

It has been highly recommended that we ensure our children have enough Omega-3 fats in their diet, now here is more information to make sure parents take it as well. 

There is growing evidence that Omega-3 fats can also aid in improving the aging process. Telomere shrinkage is associated with damage to the DNA, increasing the aging process to your body. Omega-3 have helped decelerate telomere shrinkage. Adding Omega-3s to our weekly routine will help heal our bodies from the damage of external factors (alcohol, smoking, high fat diet and lack of exercise). More good reason to take your Omega-3s or eat your fish (salmon sardines, rainbow trout and herring - twice a week).
