Healthy Spirits at Christmas
Baby Purity would just like to say a special Merry Christmas for this week’s Tip of the Week. If you are out and about in those busy shopping centers and crowded streets, take special care to be extra kind and patient. This time of the year can easily be rushed and stressful, instead enjoy your family and friends and be thankful for the time you get to spend with one another.
As you take time to slow down, enjoy the stranger next to you, you never know how a smile could brighten their day!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
Easing Your Child to Sleep
For your child suffering from a cold, getting them to sleep can be a struggle. To help ease some of their discomfort try placing a few drops of an essential oil (such as lavender or sweet orange) on a handkerchief and tie near your child’s bed – but not close for them to reach, as oils ingested in high doses can be toxic.
For children older then 6 months and suffering from a bad cough and congestion try a drop or two of eucalyptus oil into olive oil and gently rub onto their chest and back.
Christmas Gifts
One of our readers had a great idea for a Christmas gift tradition; make a gift. If you are giving a gift to someone special in your life, the most important part of the giving is the thought that goes into that gift. Even though that may sound like a very typical saying, when you think of a special gift received, it was probably because of how thoughtful it was.
