Adding Some Nuts to Your Diet

19 February 2008

Walnuts are a great addition to your diet. They are an excellent source of protein and very high in omega three fatty acids. They also contain fiber, vitamin B, Vitamin E, and antioxidants. Since walnuts are highly nutritious, they help prevent diseases and help keep our immune system strong.

An easy way to substitute walnuts into your diet would be to replace your bacon and eggs with a nutritious oatmeal breakfast sprinkled with walnuts. By doing this you are cutting out the “bad fats” from your diet and replacing it with the “good fats”.
